What is Trauma-Informed Life Coaching?

Trauma-informed life coaching is an approach to coaching that recognizes and addresses the impact of trauma on an individual's life. It acknowledges that many individuals have experienced trauma, which can significantly affect their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. Trauma-informed coaches create a safe and supportive environment that takes into account the unique needs and experiences of individuals who have experienced trauma. 

Who Needs Trauma-Informed Life Coaching?

First, it is  important to note that trauma-informed life coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment. I work in collaboration with mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support to individuals who have experienced trauma. Trauma-Informed Life Coaching could benifit those who are moving forward living with any form of past trauma, including but not limited to: Grief and Loss, Divorce, PTSD, Sexual Assault, Miitary Veterans or First Responders, and those living with Anxiety or Depression. The coaching process is personalized, supportive, and focused on empowering individuals to heal, grow, and create fulfilling lives beyond their traumatic experiences.
